Supplier Compliance

Coherent has adopted as its Supplier Code of Conduct the latest available version of the Responsible Business Alliance’s Code of Conduct, which is available in English here and downloadable in multiple languages here.

Coherent is committed to doing business with environmentally responsible suppliers. All suppliers are expected to ensure parts and materials meet the growing list of substance regulations, including RoHS, REACH, China-RoHS and Conflict Minerals.

Adhering to the expectations outlined in the Supplier Environmental Compliance Requirements document, the Compliance Specifications for MCX Materials and by signing the Supplier Environmental Certification of Compliance (these documents are in the adjoining ‘Compliance Requirements’ area), Coherent’s supply base becomes a strong partner and helps ensure continued production of environmentally safe products.
