Advantage Plus

The Advantage Plus™ service agreement allows you to choose the Service Level you need based on your uptime strategy. Advantage Plus (APlus) provides entitlement clarity and leverages our global logistics expertise in materials management. A supplement to standard warranty or Productivity Plus (PPlus) service agreement warranty extensions, APlus upgrades the standard depot repair strategy by providing assurance of a 2 business day or 15 business day replacement strategy… guaranteed.

APlus standard offerings: a replacement unit, in advance of your returned unit, from one of our global logistic warehouses within 2 business days….guaranteed time. Ship us your failed unit and receive a replacement unit within 15 business days…guaranteed.

Preventative maintenance (PM) visits:
Our PM visits are aimed at reducing unnecessary system failures, as well as maximizing the overall performance of your equipment. You may purchase PM visits in 4 or 8 hour increments – monthly, quarterly or annually.
